Progress on the road expansion - they are now paving! Vacant parcel on PJ Adams Pkwy zoned R-2 for Multi-family. A portion on the SW corner could be subdivided and sold as commercial to accommodate a small business. The seller is in the process of acquiring a wetland delineation study done. The Northwest Florida Water Management District has designated this parcel as in Zone X although the elevation varies and is low in the middle. With the right development this property could be subdivided to potentially hold 10-12 homes or more. PJ Adams Pkwy is in the process of widening the road and currently under construction. Road construction has made it hard to access for a few months but the paving should be completed soon.
