We feel so lucky to have found Cole and Lydia to help us in our search for our “dream vacation home/rental property”. Living in Oklahoma meant they were our “boots on the ground”. The took time to truly ascertain what we wanted in a property (and what we didn’t want). From there, they did their research and kept us frequently updated on available properties by emailing us listings. When we found one we thought might be “the one”, they would go assess it for us and get back with their honest opinion on why it might or might not be a fit for us. Because of their guidance, diligence, and patience, we finally found what is absolutely perfect for us!

Once we made our decision to purchase, they took complete charge of the process. As fate would have it, we ended up with a property that had a very complicated title to be resolved. They were our total go between with the owner’s realtor and the closing agency. They handled everything for us, making it a seamless process. They walked us through our “long distance closing” and even did the walkthrough of the property for us just prior to us wiring the funds for closing.

They truly went above and beyond just selling us a property. They were totally invested in helping us turn a property into our home. Their expertise in Miramar Beach and surrounding areas was invaluable as we embarked on doing a total remodel. They became our “yellow pages”, guiding and directing us to places to shop for furniture, fabric, and so much more.

At the end of the day, yes, they were excellent realtors and totally advocated on our behalf and in our absence. But, more importantly, we now consider them friends and enjoy staying in touch with them and seeing them when we are enjoying our beautiful new townhome, “St. Somewhere”.

We would, without reservation, recommend them to anyone who wants a “personal touch” when it comes to buying a property. They are the “complete package” when it comes to realtors.
